Custodia Serena Platform Privacy Policy
Custodia Serena provides cemetery website and operations software. Cemeteries control their own public content, legal review, privacy settings, public-search visibility, and published statements.
1. Information we collect
Custodia Serena may collect account information, cemetery profile information, billing identifiers, subscription status, support tickets, attachments, audit logs, custom-domain settings, DNS verification data, media metadata, translation records, help-center usage, public form submissions, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide the dashboard, render cemetery websites, process support requests, send service notifications, support billing workflows, protect against abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot technical issues, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Customer-controlled information
Cemeteries are responsible for their own public website privacy notices, public form wording, family access workflows, data exports, payment-provider privacy practices, and use of personal information collected from families, visitors, staff, or public website users.
