Updating Nameservers

Nameservers are changed where the cemetery purchased or manages the domain, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Squarespace, Wix, or another registrar.

When Dashboard > Custom Domain recommends nameservers, replace the current nameservers with the Custodia Serena nameservers shown in the dashboard. Do not add A, CNAME, or TXT records unless support requests them.

DNS propagation can take a few minutes and sometimes up to 48 hours. After propagation, return to the dashboard, check the domain, and make it primary only after verification and SSL are ready.
